Todd Andrew Mithun appeals from his conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §Â§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(1)(D). Mithun argues that the firearm and other evidence seized after a warrant search of his car should have been suppressed at trial because the search warrant was based upon a prior warrantless search of the car that violated his Fourth Amendment rights. We affirm.
